v26.9.16

Actual
Nuevo
  • "bseoa mcp": a built-in Model Context Protocol server, so Claude, Cursor, Codex and other agents can run audits and read the results directly. It offers nine tools, from checking a single page to crawling a site and comparing two crawls.
  • One-click Claude Desktop bundles (.mcpb) for macOS, Windows and Linux, each carrying that platform's CLI, with your license key stored by Claude Desktop.
  • The CLI is now also published under the short name "bseoa". It is the same binary as "black-seo-analyzer"; agent configs and the install guide use the short name.
Cambios
  • The macOS command-line binary is now signed and notarized, both as a standalone download and inside the Claude Desktop bundle, so Gatekeeper no longer warns about it.

v26.9.15

Correcciones
  • The crawler now obeys robots.txt (RFC 9309), including Crawl-delay. Blocked URLs are recorded with a warning instead of being fetched; a new --ignore-robots flag lets owners audit their own staging sites.
  • --html-templates-dir now works: reports are rendered from your custom templates, falling back to the built-in copy per file.
  • HTML folder exports now include the accessibility (WCAG 2.1) section on every page.
  • AI analyzer API keys, models and prompt files set in the CLI or GUI are now used, and crawls no longer crash on pages with non-ASCII text when building AI prompts.
  • Sitemap URLs with XML entities (such as & in query strings) are decoded correctly, and domains that merely end with the crawled domain's name are no longer treated as internal.
Cambios
  • Security updates: dependencies upgraded to resolve 7 RustSec advisories, and the dependency tree trimmed from 591 to 472 crates. Default AI models updated to current cost-efficient models.

v26.9.14

Correcciones
  • HTML Folder exports work again. Since 26.6.28 the HTML export failed on every platform with an "Unknown filter 'slice'" error; HTML reports now generate normally.
  • Log files set in the macOS and Windows desktop apps are now written. Previously the apps only stored the path; the log is now written to the chosen file, applied at startup and whenever the setting changes.
  • macOS GUI: the output directory and log file keep working after a restart. Locations chosen in the app are now remembered with full access, "set output-dir" and "set log-file" with no path open a picker, and the app warns when a typed path isn't writable. If you are upgrading, choose your output directory and log file once more after installing.
  • Failed exports in the desktop apps now show the underlying error in the console (and the log file) instead of a generic failure message.

v26.7.7

Correcciones
  • Windows GUI: license keys entered in Settings are now saved. Previously the key was kept only in memory and lost on restart. It is now written to the saved configuration and to the application's license file, so it persists across restarts and stays consistent between the GUI, the crawler, and the license status command.

v26.7.6

Cambios
  • Trial crawls are now capped at a limited number of pages, enforcing the trial page limit.
Compilación y CI
  • Reliability improvements to the Windows GUI release build so it builds against the correct MFC toolset.

v26.6.28

Correcciones
  • Corrected the output file path reported after an export in the Windows and macOS GUIs.
  • Legacy analysis databases are now migrated automatically on open, so older SQLite databases keep working.
Cambios
  • Updated all underlying Rust dependencies to their latest versions.

v26.4.16

Nuevo
  • 14-day cardless trial licenses, backed by an offline-grace cache so a flaky connection doesn't lock you out.
  • Windows GUI: a categorized Settings window with provider connection testing, per-session settings overrides, an analysis-history sidebar with session management, and a range of interface polish (empty states, hover styling, context menu, scroll restoration, and session URL previews).
Cambios
  • A valid license — or an active trial — is now required to run a crawl; the legacy 3-page no-key fallback has been removed.
Compilación y CI
  • Windows now ships a signed installer alongside the CLI.

v26.2.18

Nuevo
  • Initial unified release combining the CLI, Windows GUI, macOS GUI, and Android app on a shared core engine.
