By using the Services you accept them. If you use the Services for a company, you accept them for that company. ## 1. The Services - **Desktop software and CLI.** A license you buy is governed by the [Lifetime Software Ownership License](https://www.blackseoanalyzer.com/en/source-code-guarantee). Where it and these terms differ about the software, the license wins. - **Free trial.** 14 days of the full software, one per email address, with no card. - **Hosted connector.** A service at `mcp.blackseoanalyzer.com` that lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude run audits on our servers for your account. Your first sign-in includes a 14-day hosted trial; after that it needs a hosted plan. ## 2. Your account You sign in with your email address or a license key. Keep your license keys and sign-in emails to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it. ## 3. Hosted plans Hosted plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions: an add-on for people who own a bseoa license, or a hosted-only plan for people who don't. Each plan includes a page budget over a rolling 30 days, a maximum size per crawl, and a period crawl results are kept, as shown when you buy and in the account status your assistant can show you. We may change these limits for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice. We aim to keep the hosted connector available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may limit how often tools can be called and how many crawls an account runs at once. ## 4. Payment, renewal and cancellation Lemon Squeezy sells our products as the merchant of record, and its terms apply to the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. **All sales are final. We do not offer refunds**, except where the law requires one; the free trials are the way to evaluate the software and the hosted connector before you pay. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice, and the change applies at your next renewal. ## 5. Acceptable use You may use the Services only lawfully and only to audit websites you own or are authorized to audit, or public pages you have the right to access. You must not: - use the Services to overload, attack, probe for weaknesses in, or get around the access controls of any website or network; - crawl a site whose owner has told you, or told us, not to; - share, resell or sublicense hosted access, or let more than one person or organization use one account, except through an agency license that allows it; - get around page budgets, rate limits or other limits, or interfere with the Services or other users; - use the Services to collect personal information from websites in breach of the law. We may decline to crawl any site, add sites to a block list at their owners' request, and suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first. ## 6. Your data You own the results of your audits. You give us permission to store and process them, and the URLs you submit, only to run the Services for you. The [Privacy Policy](https://www.blackseoanalyzer.com/en/privacy) explains how we handle personal information. ## 7. AI assistants and other services The hosted connector is used through AI assistants made by other companies, such as OpenAI and Anthropic. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for what an assistant says or does with the results our tools return. The same applies to AI providers you connect to the desktop software with your own API key. ## 8. Our property We own the Services, the software, the website and the Black SEO Analyzer name and marks. These terms and your license give you the right to use them; they do not transfer ownership. ## 9. No guarantees The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". SEO findings are recommendations, not guarantees of search rankings, traffic or revenue. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. ## 10. Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for them in the 12 months before the claim. ## 11. Indemnity You will defend and indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the Services to crawl a site you were not authorized to crawl. ## 12. Ending You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or stop offering a Service with reasonable notice. Sections 6 to 13 survive the end of these terms. ## 13. Law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. This does not take away rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live. ## 14. Changes and contact We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email at least 30 days before they apply.
