## GUI vs CLI: Which to Use?

| Feature / Use Case | GUI | CLI |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Ease of Use** | ✅ User-friendly with autocomplete and visual dialogs | ⚠️ Requires knowledge of command-line options |
| **Automation** | ⚠️ Limited automation capabilities | ✅ Perfect for scripts and CI/CD pipelines |
| **Batch Processing** | ⚠️ Manual configuration per site | ✅ Excellent for multiple sites |
| **Configuration Management** | ✅ Save/load JSON configs with visual interface | ✅ Environment variables and command-line args |
| **Crawl History** | ✅ Built-in crawl history and re-export capabilities | ⚠️ Manage output files manually |
| **Learning Curve** | ✅ Low - guided by autocomplete | ⚠️ Medium - requires CLI familiarity |
| **Remote Execution** | ⚠️ Requires desktop environment | ✅ Works over SSH and headless servers |

**💡 Pro Tip:** Both interfaces use the same license and share the same underlying analysis engine. Use GUI for daily work and CLI for automation!
